FIRE STAFFS The tribes danced and waved fire staffs around in circular motions. The flames whirled, hypnotic, mesmerizing, and matching the energy of the hard electronic beats. Chaotic, primal, and as heavy as anything from the Death Metal tribes. It was a new sound, something no one had yet heard on Bog Stenchmare . Not from the goth or industrial tribes; it was closer to extreme metal, but electronic. 180 BPM boomed over and over. No pause. No stop. Just a raw, angry, ferocious onslaught. The vox sample dropped in at 1:14: ‘ listen up ’. A gargantuan bassline dropped with harsh, slightly industrial overlays. The 180 BPM boomed again from the speaker systems set across the camps. In the last review we mentioned a problem with a zit bursting that caused the water levels to rise in the cooking quadrant.  More reviews soon and with deep dives. I worry the day is coming when I can hear its voice, and understand its words. It played with me, broke my spirit, and slowly eroded my resolve. I thought I was strong, then I was trapped for 8 months in a paralytic haze. It never left me, nor did it ever speak —which is exactly what I’m afraid of. They are super short bog spews from the muck revolving around bands/artists early releases.  Some of which may no longer be active, but the bogs spat them out to be shared.
