Real Hip Hop that hasn't been tarnished and sold as weak sauce with its soul missing. Bog hopes you feel what he felt whilst listening to  Nostalgia ThEraPy 2 .   It' s one of those albums where you just gotta hand someone your head phones and say; " listen to this ", then you watch their face when they hear the non polished realness.  Truth's lyricism talks about bringing back the soul of hip hop and its essence. When the lyrics could be understood, deep thought was invested into the bars and their delivery, words had meaning, and it wasn't disposable and stripped down to a mumble. It's a driving force behind his music and word play, and connects nicely with the gritty streets beats and production. What up Bogs! Amped af and pushed for time, but we didn't want to pass on  Meltification , which really does melt ears like cheese under the grill. Bog selected some banger tracks from album he particularly enjoyed, they are worthy ear destroyers. Such a fun listen and there will be problematic difficulty sitting quiet to this one Bogs! 3.   Moan Exis’s ‘Unpredictable’ is a release Bog really wanted to share with the Bogs. Bog spent some time tickling the muck pools, they eventually gave in to the stimulation and spat out ' Unpredictable ' for us to spew about. Unpredictable dropped back in September, 2025, but it’s a special multi layered album with maximum crossover potential. There are anarchic punk vocals intertwined with industrial, a little metal, and other notable harsh electronic sounds. Aggressive f*cked off Beatdown Hardcore building nicely from the intro with the riffs and drums. The vocals arrive to announce someone is p*ssed and the tempo changes to match this. It's designed for one sole purpose yall, to be played purely for the pit, and nothing else. Bog is already thinking of listening to Twist Lock  for our arrival when we stand outside The Great Gate. 54 seconds in, drops to build up the pit, then Wade (vocals) signals us to jump up and step up.  Solid breakdowns, p*ssed af moments, vocalist holds his range, and the production retains the anger, and street grime with a sick fade on the outro riff.
