RIPPER - (DEATH THRASH/THRASH, REVIEW) - TOWARDS REBIRTH (RELEASED JULY 24TH, DARK DESCENT RECORDS)

Imagine serving as a golf caddy and experiencing first-hand the human world's worst sport ever created. You have to walk everywhere handing wack clubs to some weirdly dressed flannel carpet dude who is trying not to fart too loud taking a shot.

The crowd is running along at the side, clapping and shouting woooo at someone quietly hitting a little miniature moon into a hole in the middle of a mowed lawn. Wow Stenchers, huh, wow.

So, you imagine how f*-c-k-i-n-g- p*s-s-e-d- off that caddy would be, suffering hours of ball ache disguised as a sport.

What's he going to do when he can escape the shitty-ass sleepy boredom? He is going to play Ripper's 'Towards Rebirth', because he is p*s-s-e-d- off and wants to eject golf to the actual moon. Golf f*-c-k-i-n-g- sucks.

That level of anger is what you hear on the album from start to finish. It never stops, never falters. It's a mosh for gathering in a circle with your friends and pointing to yourself while banging your head.

Solid-ass bog pool pits, and Ripper will rip the hair from your armpits if you haven't shaved.

'Towards Rebirth' is an aggressive, fast-paced death-thrash album with precision riff structure, tight audio, solid vocals, and sick production, culminating in a mosh as filthy as the skin on Bog's unwashed toes!

Bog's Thoughts: Play it loud af, it doesn't stop, and is for those who enjoy stinking of the Bog Mosh Pools. Enjoy the thrash muck and bathe, bathe in the waters of mosh!
